Services provided

• Direct service delivery to consumers with multiple unmet needs
• Bereavement support for people who have lost a loved one to alcohol and other drug use
• Families 4 Families Support Program in partnership with Mental Health Matters 2
• Workforce development
• Partnerships and linkages through the creation of service level agreements, MOU’s and partnership agreements with others working in the co-occurring area
• Change Action Team of WA: improving broad health and social services delivery for those experiencing co-occurring issues
• Group work for people with co-occurring issues

Target Groups

• People with co-occurring addiction and mental health issues and those who support them
