Palmerston

Palmerston Perth offers a wide range of services to the community and support to the Palmerston Farm Therapeutic Community (TC). Programs include family support, counselling and group work, court diversion services, assessment for entry into the Therapeutic Community program, and continuing care services. Day and evening appointments are available.

• A family program which supports families, couples and significant others
• Services to clients experiencing co-occurring alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health problems
• Assessment and pre entry services for the Palmerston Farm TC residential therapeutic community
• Counselling and support services for court diversion clients
• Group support, educational and therapeutic programs
• Continuing care programs including SMART groups
• AOD community education services

• Anyone with alcohol and/or other drug issues can access this service
• Clients can be referred or self-refer
